Date Night Beverage Update |
It has been brought our attention that by giving our legal-age date night couples the choice of wine or beer as a beverage for their date, we are in violation of Georgia Code: "Alcoholic beverages may not be provided without a license as a part of any business operation whether or not the beverages provided are complimentary. Official Code of Georgia Annotated ยง3-3-3" I did briefly look into getting a license, but was quickly dissuaded: "In order to operate a business dealing in alcohol, you must have a local alcohol license, a State alcohol license and a Federal Basic Permit. Georgia is a local option license state, which means the local licenses must be issued before the State may issue a license or permit. Revenue Regulation 560-2-2-.26" So effective immediately, we have modified our beverage choices and will continue to offer a high-quality, lovingly prepared tray to each and every participant in our studio Glass dates. Thank you for your understanding! |

Three years into this retail business thing and we are bowing to the inevitable and bringing our pricing in-line with Bullseye's retail glass prices. It has just not made sense to take 20% off everyone's purchases of glass all the time whether they knew and/or appreciated it or not. In lieu of a constant daily discount, we will be offering specials weekly for those who follow us on Twitter, Like us on Facebook, and read our newsletters. And here's the first special:
